Jeff is a partner practicing in business and utility services, real estate transactions, zoning, and development.

Jeffrey S. Jacob is a partner in the firm focusing his practice in commercial and residential real estate matters. He represents clients in front and of various zoning bodies and land use issues. The representation of developers and landowners has included a variety of drainage and easement matters. He also provides guidance to municipal utilities which comprises of regulatory, employment, and various contractual matters. Additionally, Mr. Jacob represents small to large business organizations in a wide range of formation, contractual, and governance issues. This area of his practice also incorporates agricultural entities including cattle operations, crop issues, and equestrian facilities. Mr. Jacob is a long-time Boone County resident, primarily practicing in our northside office.

He also served as a law clerk with the Indiana Court of Appeals (Kirsch), Indiana 1997-99. Mr. Jacob is a member of Indianapolis, Boone County (President 2004-5), and Indiana State Bar Associations, in addition to serving in various leadership capacities with civic organizations.
